Governance & Ethics

BIM operates with a structured governance approach designed for procurement contexts and multi-stakeholder delivery. Our governance framework supports ethical conduct, confidentiality, accountability and partner confidence.

Responsible AI

BIM uses AI as a human-led, AI-supported tool for strategy, content, analysis and workflow support. Final decisions remain with qualified professionals, with safeguards around bias, transparency and sensitive data.

Quality Assurance

BIM applies structured workflows, review checkpoints, WBS/RACI-style coordination, technical and editorial review, client feedback loops and donor-aware delivery standards to protect quality across projects.

Anti-Fraud & Integrity

BIM maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, corruption and unethical conduct. Due diligence, conflict-of-interest awareness, confidential reporting and responsible partner management are part of the delivery model.

CSR & Inclusive Delivery

BIM's CSR approach supports inclusive hiring, local talent, accessibility, community-centred narratives, low-waste operations and capacity building where relevant to the project context.

Procurement / RFP Readiness

BIM supports partners with company profiles, capability statements, governance summaries, project portfolios, technical approaches, team profiles and RFP-ready documentation.

Governance documents available on request

For procurement, RFPs, partnerships and due diligence, BIM can provide relevant governance and capability documents on request, including AI Use and AI Ethics Policy, Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Compliance Programme, Code of Ethics, CSR Statement, Internal Quality Assurance Statement, institutional capability packs, references and detailed project portfolios.

First-party audiences

First-party audiences, handled with governance and privacy-aware controls

BIM treats first-party and partner audiences as a governed capability. Every activation runs within an approved scope, with clear data separation between BIM-owned assets and client or partner audiences.

Access controls, privacy-aware workflows and campaign-specific reporting govern how audiences are built, activated and measured, so first-party capability strengthens performance without compromising trust or compliance.

Data use and audience privacy

BIM never sells, exposes, transfers or reuses client or partner audience data outside the approved campaign scope. Client and partner audience data is only used with permission, for the agreed purpose, and is kept separate from BIM-owned audience assets. Where first-party, partner-authorised or owned audiences are activated, BIM applies privacy-aware workflows, access controls, data separation and campaign-specific reporting.
