Natoora
Commercial Growth & Market Presence
BIM created, designed, produced and ran an A-Z commercial growth programme for Natoora: brand and product creative, social, paid media, programmatic display, Amazon advertising and on-ground activation, closing the loop between digital reputation and physical customer experience.
Context & challenge
The challenge
Natoora needed a stronger, more consistent market presence across digital and physical touchpoints, and creative that could carry a growing premium food range, from everyday snacks to premium lines like Manuka honey and roasted nut ranges, with one coherent brand voice. The goal was genuine commercial momentum across social, paid media, marketplace and on-ground promotion, not isolated marketing activity.
BIM's role
How we approached it
Natoora came to BIM with no social presence at all. BIM built the commercial presence from zero: brand and product creative, content, social channels and audience growth, then paid campaigns across social, programmatic and Amazon. As distribution expanded, BIM ran the same sales-aligned sequence it uses for market entry. A few weeks before Natoora's team approached shops in a new area, B2B campaigns targeted the business owners in that area, so when the sales conversation happened, the shops already knew the brand. Once products were on shelves, B2C campaigns concentrated there to drive purchase, with live sales feedback steering which areas grew next.
Delivery
What we delivered
BIM created, designed, produced and ran: brand and product creative across the full range (including premium lines such as Manuka honey, roasted nuts, super mixes and snack products); social media setup, management and content; paid social campaigns; programmatic display advertising (creative and campaign delivery); Amazon advertising support; audience growth activity; and promotional materials.
One detail captures the approach. BIM designed and delivered a digital-to-physical customer appreciation programme: customers who reviewed Natoora online received a personally designed thank-you card and a basket of complimentary products delivered to their home, turning online goodwill into a real-world gesture that strengthened loyalty and reputation.
Results & outcomes
Results & outcomes
The work took Natoora from no owned digital presence to a consistent commercial system: brand and creative across the full range, growing social channels, paid, programmatic and marketplace visibility on Amazon, and a genuine connection between digital campaigns and physical promotion, giving the brand a clearer growth foundation across its full product range.
